Our Katsuo is high-grade Katsuo caught in Makurazaki port in Kagoshima.
It is caught by single-hook fishing and flash-frozen inboard so the quality can be kept in good condition.
We also supply flavorful charcoal grilled Katuo which is never defrosted.
