Kanpachi is mainly farmed in Kagoshima which is in south part of Kyusyu island.
It is easier to use compare to Kanpachi because quality can be kept longer.
Therefore, it is mainly served as Sashimi or Sushi. We can process Buri to Semi Dress, Dress and Fillet upon your request.
